Diastasis Recti Abdominal is a condition that occurs when the two sides of the Rectus Abdominal separate along the Linea Alba. DRA is caused by an excess of pressure on the abdominal wall. The condition occurs in both men and women and is often triggered by hormonal changes, a growing uterus and obesity.
