Thursday Lunchtimes are Pilates, a mixed level class: A class designed to teach the 5 basic Pilates principles; breathing, pelvis stabilization, shoulder stabilization. Modifications are offered in all classes for more advanced practicioners. A physically, and mentally challenging class.
