Feel good, look great! Pregnancy and post parto pilates classes

The pregnancy classes are designed to help you keep in shape during your different stages of your pregnancy, modifying your pilates classes as the pregnancy progresses and you develop week by week. Our reformer and mat pilates classes not only help prepare your body for birth but also give many mums to be a sense of wellness and calm during this time when hormones running riot and your body is experience dramatic physical changes.

Our post parto pilates classes are aimed at helping new mums lose their “baby fat”, strengthen, tone and de-stress. The aim of the classes are to get you back into shape without putting strain on your body, a safe and effective way to return to exercise.

Choose between private classes or group (max 4 people) both classes offer each person can have plenty of individual attention and can progress at their own pace. Group classes are also a great way to meet other mums to be and new mums, and to help motivate while sharing this new experience. However, we do recommend that your first class is private if possible.

    I have been attending classes with Devorah since I was 7 weeks pregnant. I wanted to keep fit but in a safe way for the baby. It’s also my aim to prepare my muscles for the actual birth. By doing these classes I am now able to do exercises that I couldn’t do before pregnancy! Devorah is extremely encouraging and knows when to challenge you to do more! On a day when you don’t feel good because of pregnancy hormones etc, Devorah adapts the lesson leaving you feel better than before. I would highly recommend Devorah’s prenatal classes to other mums-to-be as I feel I have a stronger body prepared for birth because of these classes!
